In a forensic delay analysis course, participants learn how to analyze delays in construction projects and determine the cause and effect of those delays. Testimony in such a course may involve presenting a case study where a delay occurred in a construction project and explaining how the delay was analyzed and resolved. In addition, cover the legal aspects of delay analysis, including the role of delay analysis in resolving disputes between parties involved in a construction project. Participants may also learn about best practices for conducting a forensic delay analysis and how to present their findings in a clear and concise manner.
