What To Expect – Face-to-Face Training
Once you arrive at the agreed location, you will be greeted by a member of the College’s Administration team. Before the course starts you will be provided with the appropriate materials for the course. This includes a handbook containing print outs of the lecture presentations. Following this, you will then be passed over to the lecturer who will be delivering your course. All our lecturers go through a very thorough interview process, ensuring their level of skill exceeds expectations. Each lecturer has extensive knowledge and experience in their chosen field and will not only guide your team throughout the training but also welcome questions and discussion.
As a college, we are aware of the individual needs of both teams and the companies they work for. Therefore, we ask everyone on our training courses to provide feedback at multiple points throughout the course. This feedback is then collated and assessed on that day. Therefore, allowing us to mould our course to suit the needs of those in attendance.
As the course draws to a close, our course administrator will provide all the key information on both the assessment. Followed by the next steps should your team with to continue with their furthered development. Then, anyone in attendance will be sent the log in information for our College exam portal. Enabling them to access the online assessment. Once the final day of the course is complete, if appropriate, certificates will be handed out. Our team will then sent out the final feedback questionnaire.
